1) Custom-Made Items & Right of Withdrawal

All products sold on Aivie.art are clearly personalized and manufactured based on individual consumer specifications (your uploaded photos and chosen artistic styles). Important Notice: According to the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (Article 6.228(10), Part 2, Clause 3) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal (the 14-day return rule) does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. Once an order is placed and production has started, the order cannot be canceled or returned due to a change of mind.

2) Damaged, Defective, or Print Quality Issues

We stand by the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us at hello@aivie.art within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To report a problem, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos showing the issue (both the product and the original packaging).

    Once reviewed, we will offer either a replacement at no extra cost or a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not possible.

3) Color and Artistic Disclaimer

Our products are artistic interpretations created via AI technology and high-end upscaling. Please note that slight color variations between on-screen previews and the final printed canvas are normal due to screen calibration and the texture of the material. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects.

4) Shipping and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, we can reship it once the additional shipping fee is covered.

5) Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve any issues directly at hello@aivie.art. However, if a dispute cannot be settled, you have the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania (VVTAT) or submit a claim via the EU Electronic Dispute Resolution (EDR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
