1) Order Processing & Production

Every item from Aivie.art is custom-made to order.

Standard production time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.

Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.
2) Shipping Times

Domestic (EU countries): usually 2–5 business days after production.

International orders (outside the EU): delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, holidays, weather, or customs.
3) Shipping Carriers & Tracking

We partner with trusted global print and logistics providers to ensure fast and safe delivery.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.
4) Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product size.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local postal fees in their country.
5) Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.

If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.
6) Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email hello@aivie.art within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the packaging or damage.

We’ll work with our print and shipping partners to send a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.
7) International Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs inspections.
