Shipping policy

1) Order Processing & Production

  • Every item from Aivie.art is custom-made to order.

  • Standard production time is 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another with tracking details once it ships.

  • Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.


2) Shipping Times

  • Domestic (EU countries): usually 2–5 business days after production.

  • International orders (outside the EU): delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier backlogs, holidays, weather, or customs.


3) Shipping Carriers & Tracking

  • We partner with trusted global print and logistics providers to ensure fast and safe delivery.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.


4) Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and product size.

  • From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local postal fees in their country.


5) Wrong Address or Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

  • We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed parcels.

  • If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package, please first check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.


6) Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, email hello@aivie.art within 7 calendar days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the packaging or damage.

  • We’ll work with our print and shipping partners to send a replacement at no additional cost when applicable.


7) International Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.

  • These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices or shipping rates.

  • We are not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs inspections.
